No. Text chat not only does not fit the game's atmosphere but forces people to slow down to type out a message, as well as interfering with certain pre-existing mechanics (intercom, 939, radio, etc). But don't worry, we won't leave you without a mic without something to communicate! We have plans for alternative forms of communication.
