This is only possible with MultiAdmin which you can download on the smod discord.

* Next to the MultiAdmin.exe file,  create a file called scp_multiadmin.cfg if it doesn't already exist.

* Add the line max_memory [value in MB]

ex:  max_memory: 4096

This would allocate 4GB of ram to your server.
